The Urban Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to providing world-class capacity development and other relevant business training for its members.

Through a strategic alliance with the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) Small Business Development Center, and other organizations, the training is focused on two distinct groups:

1. Emerging Enterprises - New businesses trying to establish a presence.
2. High Growth Enterprises - Preferred vendors of clients who have the capability to experience sustained growth.
