Stephany Morales is the Vice President of See Us Now Staffing with over 10 years of staffing experience. She started at an early age as a data entry clerk for a local staffing agency. There is where she learned she had a love and passion for recruitment success. Over the years she has worked and learned the full ropes of running a business with her mother, Laura Nowlan. Together they have operated See Us Now Staffing in Nevada, Texas, Arizona, and Indiana. As they continue to grow their business they want to change the way staffing is done, by creating close partnerships with the organizations they do business with. To allow businesses of all kinds to find their greatest success.

Laura Nowlan

Laura Nowlan is a Christian, a Latina entrepreneur, a wife, a mother of four, a grandmother of five boys, and a professional businesswoman who loves living in Las Vegas, Nevada and serving her community.  She is the Founder and President of See Us Now Staffing, Inc.      
Laura can often be found serving in her community, overseeing the See Us Now Staffing Team and assisting other entrepreneurs in starting their new businesses by encouraging them, or connecting them to local resources. Laura is an SBA Emerging Leader Alumni, was featured in the Small Business Administration Resource Guide of Nevada January 2020 Edition magazine and was awarded 2022 SBA Nevada Family-Owned Business of the Year.
